Tambi\u00e9n, como novedades procesales se comenta una de las comunicaciones de las \u00abJornadas XXXIV de Actualidad Can\u00f3nica de la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Canonistas\u00bb titulada \u00abNuevas facultades de la Rota Romana sobre las nulidades matrimoniales\u00bb. Por \u00faltimo, se hace referencia a una sentencia del reciente Tribunal Eclesi\u00e1stico de Sant Feliu de Llobregat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0ABSTRACT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will discuss several recent judgments of the Rota Tribunale of the Apostolic Nunciature in Spain, regarding the chapters of serious defect of discretion of judgment and disability to assume the essential obligations of canonical marriage. Moreover, we will comment a novelty in the procedural area, which was discussed at the \u00abXXXIV Conference of canon law actuality at the Spanish Association of canonical lawyers\u00bb entitled \u00abNew powers of the Roman Rota Tribunale on marriage annulments\u00bb.
